Which modules are used in the equipment?
We all use module products from Quectel, the world's largest module manufacturer. The main models include the EC20, EC200, EG915, EG912, EC25, EG25, M26, EC600, and EC800 series. All of our 4G modem and gateway products support VoLTE.
How should I choose a model?
First, check whether 2G networks are supported in your region. If 2G is available, you can choose the M26 module for SMS modems and gateway products. This model offers the most cost-effective option. However, since many countries have plans to shut down 2G networks, its usage time may be limited.For 4G SMS modems and gateway products, you should choose based on the network bands supported by local carriers. The EG25, EG912U-GL, and EC25G-based SMS modems and gateway products support all global 2G/4G networks.
Do you provide software? What features does the software support?
We do provide software, which can be charged on an annual or monthly basis. It is also compatible with most other similar software. The main features of the software include: * Sending and receiving SMS messages * Sending and receiving MMS messages * Call recording with speech-to-text transcription * IMEI modification * USSD command support * SMS forwarding to other apps
